If you do find a publicly available room rate on another website (on a similar basis booked) which is lower than the rate found on our web site, we will honor that lower rate and refund the difference. Also, we will provide an additional free perk for your stay, such as an upgrade or amenity.

To make a claim, all you need to do is to send an email to reservations@jetwinghotels.com with the reservation details made through Jetwing Hotels, and listing the website address where the lower rate can be found (the exact URL needs to be given) and we will contact you regarding the claim.
