The coolest month is January, with a moderate temperature of 26°C; March enjoys the longest days, with the most sunshine year around. May is the wettest month in the city, with an average of 382mm of rain. It is interesting to note that the sea maintains a comfortable 30°C warmth, and is ever so inviting to have a swim in any one of the beaches that border the city.
