Transport

Being in the popular West coast of Sri Lanka, travel to Negombo is highly convenient indeed. The Bandaranaike International Airport at Katunayake is just 12 km a short drive away. Jetwing Sea is just 3km from the Negombo city centre and not far from the main highway from Colombo offering plenty of access on public transport if you wish to travel on them. Public and private buses offer a frequent service to Negombo and you can even settle for a metered taxi service, either from the airport or Negombo city centre. If you venture to take a Trishaw, make sure to agree on a price beforehand.

A frequent rail service is also available from Colombo to Negombo and the special Airport train from Katunayake to Colombo also stops at Negombo. Or you can forego all this adventure and request for our airport pick up service, of course.
