| Aside from playing host to events, Jetwing presented its own key event at the recently concluded Galle Literary Festival for the very first time. The Jetwing Research Initiative Exhibition and Forum laid bare the work of five Jetwing resident naturalists and their particular areas of research, to a packed hall of nature and history enthusiasts. Our next issues will carry their work which covers a comprehensive look into the feasibility of reintroducing Trout into the cold streams of Nuwara Eliya, sightings of the elusive Knuckles Range leopards, as well as fascinating animals such as the Loris and Whales. |
