The two absolutely beautiful images above come from the latest addition to the Jetwing Family of resorts, Jetwing Lagoon. Our feature story this month is all about Jetwing Hotels being recognized once again for its unique brand of hospitality by TripAdvisor. Certificates of Excellence have been awarded to 8 properties, certainly an achievement in its own right. The criteria for the Certificates are simple, yet complex as they require a consistent high ranking in quality reviews as well as user rating.
In other news, the Tuk Tuk Project! began at Jetwing Era Beach on the 14 of May 2012. The Tuk Tuk Project! was first implemented at Jetwing Lighthouse in 2004, and formed with the tagline of "A Taxi Service Through the Community". Its aims are simple; to uplift communities, promote responsible tourism, and foster relationships between the hospitality industry and those around it.

| Our Wedding in Negombo, Jetwing Sea |
Nick and I chose to get married at the Jetwing Sea due to ace reviews. The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing. The food was fab and the beach was really really clean. We got married in the hotel, well actaully on the beachfront. We had a few hiccups along the way with Nick injuring his foot (won't say how), but the aftercare the hotel provided was really good.

| A Real Stroke of Luck |
Despite booking through a reputable Dubai based travel agent, My wife and I found ourselves, in Galle without a hotel room. However, help was at hand, through the first class customer service and professionalism of Manoj and Mark at the Jetwing Lighthouse Hotel, Galle.
Although their hotel was full, they found a solution and accomodated us at the Heritage Villa, Galle Fort, also operated by Jetwing. What a stroke of luck!

| Had A Good Time |
Jetwing Blue was actually was a pleasant experience... The staff welcomed us with a big smile on their faces. The check-in was pretty fast despite the fact that we reserved the room only on the day we checked-in itself. We stayed in the Deluxe room. Though the room was not the most greatest, easy access to the pool made the stay very enjoyable. Talking of the pool, it was one unique experience. The chairs located on the middle of the pool actually gave us the opportunity to just sit down in once place and enjoy and breathe in the whole pleasant atmosphere
