Pastry Chef – Jetwing Lighthouse

- The candidate should have:
- 7-8 years of experience in a star class hotel/ resort property.
- A degree from an accredited University/ Hotel School in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management.
- A flair for creativity and a passion for menu planning and product development.
- Ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Good practical, operational and administrative skills.
- Strong understanding of Food Safety Management Systems.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to manage kitchen staff.
