Executive Chef – Saman Villas
We are looking for a young, passionate chef with originality, who has the ability to ensure that each culinary experience offered at the hotel is of the highest standard in terms of quality, innovation, brand alignment and food safety.
Our culinary team is both talented and passionate about learning. So we are on the look for an established Executive Chef with international experience in a luxury boutique resort, with a creative culinary flair and the ability to create delectable world-class culinary experiences, with the desire to focus on engaging and leading our team towards high-performance.
- The candidate should have:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel/ resort environment in fine dining and aˋ la carte.
- Overseas exposure in a luxury boutique hotel is preferred.
- A degree from an accredited University/ Hotel School in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management.
- Demonstrate a passion for menu planning.
- Good practical, operational and administrative skills, with a flair for creativity is a must.
- Strong understanding of Food Safety Management Systems.
