Child policy
- Children below 6 years of age stay for free, on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
- Children between 6 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, for a special kids’ menu
Extra bed policy
- A sum of LKR 1,500 per night will be charged for an additional bed
- A maximum of only 1 extra bed per room is allowed

- Above rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing Government taxes
- Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
- Standard check-in/check-out time of the villa applies

- A minimum of 50% advance or full payment is required to be paid to guarantee the reservation
Cancellations and amendments
- Above rate(s) will be subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes
- Cancellations notified at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
- No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
- No refunds for vouchers redeemed
