  • Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
  • Standard check-in/check-out of the hotel applies

  • Offer applicable for Bed & breakfast and Half board and meal plans only
  • Above rates are applicable for Garden View room category. Additional room supplement will be charged for higher room categories
  • A minimum of 50% advance or full payment is required to guarantee the reservation

Child policy

• • • Children below 5 years stay for free
    • Children between 5-7 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, when sharing parents’ room on existing bedding
    • Children between 7-11 years will be charged 100% of the adult meal rate, when sharing parents’ room on existing bedding
    • Maximum 2 children per room is allowed

Extra bed policy

• • • A sum of LKR 2,000 per night will be charged for an additional bed
    • A maximum of  1 extra bed per room will be allowed

Cancellations and Amendments

• • • Cancellations notified at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
    • No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
    • No refunds for vouchers redeemed
