• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government taxes
• Above rates are applicable for the ‘Deluxe’ room category. An additional supplement will be charged for the ‘Suite’
• Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
• Standard check-in/check-out time of the villa applies
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer (eg: card offers)
• Offer applicable for Bed & breakfast meal plan only
• A minimum of 50% advance or full payment is required to be paid within 2 days of making the booking to guarantee the reservation

Child policy

• Children below 6 years of age stay for free, on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
• Children between 6 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, for a special kids’ menu

Extra bed policy

• Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Deluxe room.
• A maximum of 1 extra bed allowed in the Suite room category
• A fee of LKR 2,000 per night will be charged for an additional bed

Cancellations and amendments

• Cancellations notified at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
• No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
• No refunds for vouchers redeemed
