The Uva Ben Head tea estate, in which the bungalows are located, is an excursion on its own. With footpaths spreading all around, you can explore the beautiful tea trails and witness tea pluckers as they go on their daily routine of handpicking fresh Uva tea leaves that produce tea which is strong in colour and flavour. You will also be able to obtain a wider knowledge of how tea leaves are planted and grown for consumption. The estate is also full of various flora and fauna, with over 100 species of birds living freely in nearby trees and bushes. For those inclined towards adventure, several waterfalls and mountain trails are just minutes away.
