For fine dining, The Cinnamon Room is a dinner‑only restaurant specialising in global gourmet cuisine, while the Cardamom Café stands out among Galle restaurants with its 24‑hour service, offering generous buffets on selected days and an extensive à la carte menu throughout. Just outside the main restaurant, The Verandah provides a relaxed open‑air setting to unwind. Dedicated to our former executive chef, Nihal Senanayake, Pan Asian at Nihal’s celebrates flavours from across the Far East, paired with masterfully crafted cocktails. For Italian‑inspired fare, The Anchor Bar by the pool serves wood‑fired pizzas alongside a selection of craft beers.
