Keerimalai Springs on the northern Jaffna coast is a unique natural freshwater spring right beside the Indian Ocean. Its mineral-rich water is believed to have curative properties, drawing pilgrims for centuries. Separate bathing tanks are available for men and women, located next to the sacred Naguleswaram Kovil.
