• This offer is valid only for bookings made on LKR currency, and applicable for Sri Lankan residents only
• Standard check-in/check-out applies
• Offer applicable for bookings made on full-board basis only
• A minimum of 50% advance is required to guarantee the reservation
• Rates quoted are per room, per night, and include all applicable taxes and service charges.
• The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
• Valid Sri Lankan identification (NIC/passport) is required upon check-in. If guests are unable to provide it, they will be subject to the standard best available rate.

Child policy

• Children below 6 years stay for free on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
• Children between 6-11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate
• Maximum 2 children per room is allowed

Extra bed policy

• A fee of LKR 2,000 will be charged for an additional bed
• Maximum of 01 extra bed per room is allowed

Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellations notified at least 7 days (one week) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
• No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
• No refunds for vouchers redeemed
