Our peaceful environment sets the stage for this retreat’s nourishing philosophy that combines somatic movement and soothing breathwork, serving the mind, heart as well as the body.
Join us for two nights and embrace healing techniques, rituals and practices that alleviate stress and worry, improve your sense of inner awareness and promote overall wellbeing.
Throughout your days here at Jetwing Lagoon Wellness, you’ll experience guided group yoga practices to replenish and restore your energy, and lean into your inner voice during a therapeutic journaling session. Combined with a consultation by our Ayurvedic doctor, a holistic treatment, and mindful walk in nature, you’ll leave having fostered a sense of grounding, reconnection and deep healing from the inside out.

Day 3 - Restore
- Energy Flow – 8am

- Closing circle + sharing thoughts – 12pm
