HomeDeliwala Kota Vehera is an ancient Buddhist stupa, possibly from the 3rd century BC. Uniquely, it was built by shaping a natural hill and thinly covering it with bricks bearing Brahmi inscriptions. Excavations at this significant site uncovered a golden casket, structurally similar to the famous Indian Sanchi Stupa.
