Terms and Conditions

• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing Government taxes
• Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer (eg: card offers)
• Offer applicable for all meal plans (may vary by hotel)
• A minium of 50% advance payment or full payment is required at the time of booking
• Standard check-in/check-out of the respective hotel applies

Child policy

• Children below 6 years stay for free on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
• Children between 6-11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate
• Maximum 2 children per room is allowed
• Children are not encouraged at selected Jetwing hotels

Extra bed policy

• A fee of LKR 2,000 nett per night will be charged for an additional bed
• Maximum of 01 extra bed per room is allowed
• Some rooms may not be able accommodate an extra bed due to room size

Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellations notified at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
• No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
• No refunds for vouchers redeemed
