Child policy
- Children below 6 years of age stay for free, on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
- Children between 6 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, for a special kids’ menu
Extra bed policy
- A fee of LKR 2,000 will be charged for an additional bed
- Maximum of 01 extra bed per room is allowed
Cancellations and Amendments
- 11th January to 31st March 2024 : Cancellations notified at least 7 days (one week) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
- No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
- No refunds for vouchers redeemed
