Terms and Conditions

• Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
• Standard check-in/check-out of the respective hotel applies
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer (eg: card offers)
• Offer applicable for Bed & breakfast, Half board and Full board meal plans only
• A minimum of 50% advance or full payment is required to guarantee the reservation

Child policy

• Children below 6 years of age stay for free, on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
• Children between 6 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, for a special kids’ menu

Extra bed policy

• A fee of LKR 2,000 will be charged for an additional bed
• Maximum of 01 extra bed per room is allowed

Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellations notified at least 7 days (one week) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
• No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
• No refunds for vouchers redeemed
