Terms and Conditions

• Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
• Standard check-in/check-out of the respective hotel applies

• A minimum of 50% advance or full payment is required to guarantee the reservation/li>

Child policy

• Children below 6 years of age stay for free, on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
• Children between 6 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, for a special kids’ menu

Extra bed policy

• A sum of LKR 2,000 per night will be charged for an additional bed
• A maximum of 1 extra bed per room is allowed

Cancellations and amendments

• Cancellations notified at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
• No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
• No refunds for vouchers redeemed
