Terms and Conditions

  • Valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer (eg: card offers)
  • Offer applicable for ‘Bed & Breakfast’, ‘Half Board’ and ‘Full Board’ meal plans only
  • A 50% advance payment or full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Standard check-in / check-out of the respective hotel applies

 

Child policy

  • Standard child policy of the hotel applies.

 

Extra bed policy (Selected hotels)

  • A fee of LKR 2,000 per room per night will be charged for an additional bed
  • Maximum of 01 extra bed per room is allowed (at selected room categories only)

 

Cancellations and Amendments

  • Cancellations notified at least 7 days (one week) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
  • No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
  • No refunds for vouchers redeemed
