The Jetwing Achievers Programme is designed to cater to the development of Associates in the Executive Grades, who will be capable of taking on Senior Management roles within the Jetwing Family. Targeted from Junior Executive to Senior Executive Associates, this program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of Executives who are nominated for promotions, and to develop their abilities to manage themselves and their teams in the workplace whilst equipping them with essential business skills that are deemed necessary for success at an Executive level.

Jetwing Ascension

Jetwing Ascension is a continuous development concept endorsed by the top management personalities of Jetwing, and is structured to provide equal opportunities for aspiring Associates to develop their personal and professional lives at Jetwing Hotels. The programme aims to develop and empower the future leaders of Jetwing Hotels and motivate associates to reach milestones in their careers and personal life. Inspired by the vision and success stories from within the Jetwing family, the programme focuses on developing the managerial and leadership skills of Associates through exposure and mentoring initiatives. Associates are rewarded with promising career prospects within Jetwing Hotels, apart from the qualifications achieved throughout the course of the programme.
