A minimum of 50% advance or full payment is required to guarantee the reservation

Child policy

Children below 6 years stay for free on existing bedding when sharing parents’ room
Children between 6-11 years will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate
Maximum 2 children per room is allowed

Extra bed policy

A fee of LKR 2,000 will be charged for an additional bed
Maximum of 01 extra bed per room is allowed

Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations notified at least 7 days (one week) prior to check-in will be refunded in full (less any bank charges, if any)
No refunds if failed to arrive at the property (no-show) without notice
No refunds for vouchers redeemed
