The Kitchen Department is the heart of the hotel and the inspiration centre for the preparation of culinary delights. Every hotel menu is packed with flair and imagination and a touch of individuality, ensuring that every craving of a guest is met with mouthwatering food. Our associates in the kitchen are passionate about the food they create and work hard to meet the demands of the food and beverage operations of the hotel
The Engineering and Maintenance department plays an important role in maintaining a safe and fully functioning hotel building and grounds. Ensuring that the hotel remains in peak operating condition, the department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the physical building as well as its electrical and mechanical equipment. In addition to daily maintenance and full scale renovation projects, this department is also responsible for the conservation of waste and energy.

A variety of services and facilities to enhance the well being and health of guests are offered by the Spa/Fitness and Recreation Department. The Spa provides a number of rejuvenating body and facial treatments, while tennis and swimming are part of the activities offered at the fitness centre. The team of experts in this field are passionately committed to creating and maintaining an environment that is geared to improve the fitness and health of guests.
The Sales and Marketing department is responsible to promote, sell and book business for the hotel, and provide an assessment of where the hotel is positioned in the marketplace. With a goal to ensure maximum occupancy in the hotel at all times, the Sales and Marketing team also co-ordinates advertising promotions and public relations activities which are aimed at enhancing the image of the hotel in the market.
Customer Care Executive / Agent
The Finance Department is in charge of all the financial activities of the hotel. This department is responsible to record and analyze the expenses of the hotel’s operations, create an accurate account of the assets, liabilities and financial transactions, and prepare budgets and allocate revenue for the various departments of the hotel. The Finance department maintains all account related books in accordance with government rules and regulations and oversees the Payroll and purchasing departments.

In the Human Resources Department we focus on empowering our associates while creating a great work atmosphere where each and every team member’s contribution is valid. This department handles the recruitment and selection of employees, training, administration and overall employee relations while also providing an array of assistance to associates in a supportive and friendly manner.
Information resources play an important role in successful hotel operations. At Jetwing properties the Information Systems and Technology departments are service and support oriented and the associates work tirelessly to ensure that the computer systems in the hotel function properly at all times. This department is responsible to provide support for the internal hotel systems as well as making sure that hotel guests are able to stay connected at all times.
